At Manraj elevators we offer an elevator/lifts annual monthly maintenance program. We offer a routine service report of monthly lift servicing. Service report copy includes various service maintenance we performed on your lifts.
We keep a copy of each month’s servicing to you for documentation. Our lift technician will explain to you the maintenance work performed on your lift.
And will take your signature on the monthly servicing report after completing your service.

In elevator repair work we offer repair of any breakdown occurred in your elevator/lift. Or if your lift is stuck in between floors and is not in the operational mode then this comes under elevator repairing services.
If you have AMC for elevators and lifts with us, then we do regular elevator maintenance that helps to avoid such elevator breakdowns.
And if you are not having an elevator AMC with us, then still you can call us to repair your elevators. You will need to pay for this service. Elevator repair charges include visit charges, charges for spare parts if replaced and gst charges.
